Welcome to KhmerLife! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KhmerLife website and services. By accessing or using KhmerLife, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account or using KhmerLife, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 13 years old to use KhmerLife. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the service.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you post on KhmerLife. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the service.

Our Content: KhmerLife and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KhmerLife and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Community Guidelines

KhmerLife is a community platform for Cambodians. We expect all users to treat each other with respect and kindness. Content that promotes hate, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic is strictly prohibited.

7. Dating Feature

If you use our dating feature, you must be at least 18 years old. You agree to interact respectfully with other users and not engage in harassment or inappropriate behavior. We are not responsible for the actions of other users you may connect with through the dating feature.

8. Shop and Purchases

Purchases made through the KhmerLife Shop are subject to additional terms. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Prices are in USD and may be subject to change without notice. We use Stripe for payment processing; your payment information is handled according to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

9. Donations

Donations to support KhmerLife are voluntary and non-refundable. Donors may receive recognition on the platform unless they choose to remain anonymous.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

KhmerLife is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KhmerLife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the website or sending an email. Your continued use of KhmerLife after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
