Where was music invented

#1

It’s my theory that music, at least Western Music was invented in Italy. Most of the music terms are in Italian: acapella, allegro, forte, crescendo…

And then there are movies like The Sopranos.

Thoughts?

You should take piano lesson or learn about classical music if you want to learn more about Western’s music. Italian is a Romance language so are Spanish, Portuguese, French, and Romanian. Which mean, they all have Latin roots.

Taught myself Piano. I played Saxophone and Clarinet in school band back in the days.

Alto Sax? It seems like it’ll be an easy transition from the Clarinet. I bet you could play by ear as well eh? I envy people like you.
