The only way to successfully implement this technology is to wave the patent rights. Make it free for all. If it holds a patent the elites will buy it and put it on the shelf indefinitely. The free market isn’t free. It’s rigged.
No it’s not! Mass is probably the most liberal state in America and most of the young people are liberals. It doesn’t matter the governor because usually the Republican governors work with the Liberals. That’s exactly what Mitt Romney did and passed Universal Health Care…something that Republicans are against. Mass is a great state because it’s the “most” liberal state that believes in helping everybody and being fair. Yes, the abuse can apply everywhere…but probably allows it more than any state. There is a large Khmer population in Mass because Mass throw money at people who wants to take advantage of the system. That is not to say that the whole state is on welfare, but that says a lot about Khmer people and anybody who wants government assistance. I know that in cities like Lowell, ALL of the kids are on free lunch! Mass is okay because it’s a rich and strong state…all the assistance are just pennies to them…BUT they came to the conclusion that Khmer people can’t afford to feed their kids!!!
I think Mass is a great state…so many great schools, great opportunities, and great state that helps its people and treat them fairly…Mass is the first state I believe to allow gay marriage. Cambodian community…what a f*cking mess!
I had a strange midday nap dream. Some dude was shooting at me with a sub-machine gun and I kept having to tuck and roll to dodge the hundreds of bullets coming my way. Jumping into doors and doing anything not for him to take my life.
Eventually I woke up with a drenched shirt, palms more sweaty than a whore on nickel night and a racing heartbeat. I guess it was good exercise.
When you were running in your dream, were you going in slow motion. Seems like we always have rubber legs or something. And when we try to throw something or punch someone, it always ends up so weak. It’s a good sign you dodged all those bullets. I have had dreams where I actually got shot but I didn’t die. Although my perspective shifted I was looking at myself lying on the ground.
And thenthe dream jumps to another random scene after where I am alive again.
Hollywood usually don’t care about Asians because Asians usually line up to watch it anyways. The thing I respect about white people is that they actually vote with their pockets. If you took a white role and made him Asian, white people just not watch. If you take an asian role or a role that makes more sense to be Asian and use a white dude…Asians line up to watch it. Even the most judgmental Asians pay to watch it.
Parents work so hard to impress their kids. They work many hours just to buy their kids video games, expensive clothes, etc. Much of America is not about trying to survive, but more about keeping up with the Jones. The worst part is that kids often don’t appreciate it. A parent could be making $10 and hour…and boxing gloves cost $20. They have to work 2+ hours to pay for those gloves. Society and parents need to teach kids the true value of money.
Man. I was under the impression this site was more than just learning about Khmer culture or Khmer American culture. Thought they had wikipedia and youtube videos for all that.
I thought this had that as well as a way to interact with Khmer folks from different parts since outside of a few cities most of them are disperse and more spread out instead of concentrated in one area.
I thought this was a place that Khmer folks can be open and share opinions on different topics within and out of Khmer culture. So I just act like I would normally act during recess. Twist a jurnt, blaze it and talk about what ever comes to mind from sports, music, politics, girls, and hot teachers.
My bizzad, maybe I should have read the mission statement before registering, but then I thought it would require members to be 18 and older. I figured if I don’t read it I can plead negligence and ask for forgiveness instead of permission.
My lunch card. Well not really a credit card it’s more like a debit card.
Wish I was one of those people @mister-children speak of and get free lunch. That way the check my dad cuts for the cafeteria I could take to the corner store and cash out (for a small fee) and get me some reefer.
