I was visited by my uncle a few months after he was killed. I knew it was a dream and that he had already passed on. He spoke to me, gave me the closures that my family and I deeply needed…and he disappeared. It felt so real; his hug, his scent, his voice, and exactly how he worded things was so him.
Love: A genuinely good person. Naturally impresses my friends and family. Good with kids; especially with my emo child. Has goals and work hard to achieve it. Makes time for me between his busy schedule.
Hate: His lack of affection and empathy. Doesn’t understand women. From Mars.

I have one of the most retarded work schedules. Close mon thru weds. Have two days off then i work 6 ams. Im naturally a night owl. I was able to the whole 4 hrs a day but getting older now need at least 6 to function normal lol. I was having the same issues with oversleeping or being late. So what i did was overexhaust myself one day and got it to where my body is use to sleeping within a few hrs after i get off . In which ill usually wake up between 9 pm to 12 depending when i sleep and ill big good for the rest of the day.
I think they are strong and independent. Also, they must be really smart to have time for a workout. You know, I see and hear a lot of hatreds toward these women. Someone that I know personally, she worked out really hard to be strong like that, very muscular (can lift two hundred pounds). Anyways, she does have a hard time finding a mate though.
squats are awesome. not walking for 5days afterwards is a bit of a problem however
I never been the person to exercise, so when I sign up for Cross Fit. I thought it was excessive, but I was doing more for support of a partner. I actually enjoyed it. I learn how to lift weight, do a perfect snatch and proper squats. If I didn’t walk weird the next day, that only means I didn’t get a good work out.
Front/back squats coupled with deadlifts make up most of my leg workouts. i’ve always been too terrified to try to snatch/jerk/clean that i’ve never tried it. but anyways, the squat racks at my gym are on the second floor so if i’m not grasping the rails on my way to the locker room it wasnt a good workout. aha
