    1) Pursue careers that pay lower?
vs Men that pursue higher salary jobs.

    2) Are less likely to apply for jobs if job description show something they are not qualified in….
vs men that apply for jobs that are not qualified for…therefore more likely to get job.

    3) Negotiate for or accept for lower pay.
vs men that will ask for more money than the job pays?

Regardless of why, if I had a daughter, I would teach her to think more like men when it comes to her career and life.

Instead of putting your hand on your head and hopeless…the question is why?

If I had a daughter, I would tell her to pursue a career that is in demand where she is more valued and make a better living than most people.

If I had a daughter, I would tell her that when you apply for a job, you apply for jobs that you don’t fully qualify for, yet from what I hear, women are less likely to apply for jobs if they don’t quality for everything on job description.

If I had a daughter, I would tell her to ask for much more pay than the job pays. The company will eventually tell you the highest amount they’re willing to pay for the position, and will likely pay you that amount if you get the job.

INSTEAD, we have a society where women just blame sexism and discrimination…but most women who get paid less don’t do what I said above! I know I won’t win most women with my argument…but you’re not going to get paid more…if you accept the first amount that a company offers you…which is what women do often.

Face palm because here you are generalizing a group of people again.

Because generally women pursue lower paying jobs, generally are less likely to apply for jobs if they don’t fit every criteria, generally don’t negotiate higher pay, and generally accept lower pay.

All the research and statistics support me…so why get upset at me..the messenger? Instead of getting upset at me and society, if most women just did what I mention above, their lives would be significantly financially better. And in my personal opinion, there would be less single mothers because women would be raising their standards and be more mindful of the decisions they make.

I want women to be better and help them, but I can’t do that if they’re not willing to do these simple steps above. Let me give you an example, I heard a story about this successful woman and people asked how she became successful. She said that she was majoring in a field that was not high paying and very competitive between women. So she went to the career center and asked what are the jobs that are high paying, high in demand, less competition, and low number of women in the field. Just by doing that, she guaranteed her success! On the contrary, the average women would pursue a career that is heavily female dominated and heavily saturated. There are even women who have this best friends forever mentality and go to school to study in the same thing.

I like your replies..just being upset about it. Please, answer the question..I love to hear why you think so…or are you in denial?

I find it funny because people are either in denial or they want to blame the man…but when you show them the way, they get upset. Why is it that women complain that they should paid the same as men…..they expect somebody to magically give them raises to match men’s pay. YET, when the opportunity arises for them to negotiate and ask for more money…they don’t..LOL!

    1. She’s pregnant and is guaranteed paid maternity leave?
    2. Won’t brag how big her assets are; whereas most every guy exaggerates his size/stamina.

    3. Feelings.. vs figures =/

It’s true that guys exaggerate…but that’s how guys are more likely to be successful. You have to fake it until you make it…dream of it in your head before it becomes reality. They’ll exaggerate about things that won’t hurt them…but only help them.

It’s true women are emotional. They feel that they are not qualified for a job, lucky to get a job, and accept lower pay. Then they shift their feelings to unfair pay. If you listen to financial advice from women, it’s 80% emotional, but if you listen to a guy, it’s 80% action.

You could switch the word men and women around and it would be just as fitting.

But that’s not true. Men generally make more money and are in more fields and are dominant than women. How do you think guys make more money? HR just though “hey, he has a d*ck, I’ll give him more money”? LOL! Guys make more money because they purposely go into fields with less competition and more demand, apply for jobs that are above them, or they ask for more money than the company is willing to pay…and negotiate down.

Also, maybe a reason, socially and economically, men are valued by money. Men’s ability to attract women largely depends on their careers. Maybe that just motivates them more expand their job market and demand more money?

And just to say, I know some girls who get upset that I get paid more. I’m thinking ‘woman, you working at reception assistant jobs that every other ho is trying to get while I’m working with technology that hardly any woman want to learn”.

Lol I thought a higher income would make you more attractive to the opposite sex, not get them upset at you

You rubbing your dick in their face or something? Why they mad, bro?
