Besides running, what do you guys think is the best workout to help build my Stamina and Endurance ?
I really like biking because it’s less stress on my ankles and the cardio is good. I try to push myself to keep a consistent 150+ heart rate for at least 30min.
Go on the keto diet, it gives you more energy and less crash throughout the day. No cheat days though, otherwise it doesn’t work.
Eat rice..white rice. If you do cardio you also have to do weight training to improve stamina. Weight training pushes your body towards exhaustion while also stimulating testosterone production. It then has to adapt to the those demands and when it does you push it further and further until you’ve become a stallion…such as myself.?
